Delivery
We will dispatch your item same day from our London office, if you order before 2 pm.
We use Royal mail first class signed for service. Royal mail will deliver your item and ask for your signature. (Due to covid restrictions, a signature may not be asked)
Please bare in mind that if there is custom duty to be paid, the buyer is fully responsible for it.
Returns
If you are dissatisfied with our products you may request an exchange or a full refund within 30 days of delivery. The product must be sent back to Nine September office in its original package. There must be no signs of use, abuse or misuse of any kind.

If the item is faulty, we will pay for return postage. Otherwise, the buyer is fully responsible for the cost.
Please let us know if there is anything we can solve before returning your item.
